I offer realtime, interactive, audio-video counseling (video counseling) to those living in California.
With video counseling, you are able to see me and I am able to see you shoulder-level up by use of a webcam (yes, most devices already have these!) and a strong internet connection. With video counseling, we are able to speak verbally back-and-forth in real time. The experience is so true to life, many persons who use video counseling say that they “forget” the person they are talking to is not there with them in-person.
There are many advantages to video counseling! Video counseling allows you to meet with me from the comfort of your own home, office, or other private space. It also eliminates the need for you to commute to my office, which for many is a big time-saver!
I use the online program thera-LINK® for my online counseling. Here is a little overview of how online counseling works:
Step 1: Login into the client portal, Click "Join" on session at scheduled time.
Step 2: Wait in the virtual waiting room and enjoy music until you are invited into the session.
Step 3: Enjoy a crystal clear video session with your therapist (please note, this beatiful women is not me).
