Searching for a therapist who is a good “fit” for you can be challenging. I appreciate how important it is to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable, which is why I offer a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to address any questions or concerns you may have prior to scheduling a first appointment.
Our initial 60-minute therapy session will be spent getting to know you and determining the best course of action. Subsequent therapy sessions will be 50 minutes and will typically be scheduled to meet once a week or every other week. All psychotherapy session are conducted via a HIPPA approved realtime, interactive, audio-video platform.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your provider the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Does my insurance cover video counseling or just in-office counseling?

If you are not insured by one of the above insure companies and would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service. You may pay in-office with cash or check or yo can pay online by credit/debit card via the client portal.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
